To ensure IIS business goals, activities, and compliance with legislative requirements, we create, process and maintain information of various kinds, which require ensuring its security.

The term information security means the process of ensuring the protection of information at the required level in terms of its confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

One of IIS 'main goals is to ensure the security of information through appropriate and appropriate measures that will protect information to provide an adequate degree of assurance to data subjects and our business partners. This goal is met by building, implementing, operating, inspecting, maintaining, and continually improving a documented information security management system in the context of IIS 'business activities and risks.

The information security policy and related documentation are binding on all IIS employees with access to proprietary information, regardless of their position, position, or role in the company.

IIS is ensuring information security:

Compliance with legislative and contractual requirements in the field of information security;
Providing systematic training and retraining of employees in the field of information security; integrating information security into work responsibility;

04. Provision of legal and notarial work re: the establishment and maintenance of the companies. Requisite documentation is translated officially into English and apostilization and notarization of documents where required.

05. Assistance with locating and securing an exclusive business address [seats of the company] and mail forwarding of all correspondence to the merchant.

06. Accountancy services and yearly reports, including preparation of all paperwork needed for audits and regulatory authorities.

07. Preparation of all the legal documents, including agreements between the involved parties.
